Troy Forrest

Troy Forrest has run his own professional services business for nearly 20 years, helping over two hundred organisations with customised training courses, facilitated workshops, executive coaching programs and professional speaking services. Troy specialises in working with commercial organisations, peak bodies / associations and business member enterprises. Troy helps clients create and execute impactful events that engage and entertain their selected audiences, while unearthing valuable insights from group conversations, facilitated panel discussions and VIP interviews. An energetic and eloquent speaker, Troy has honed his skills in effective questioning over a 35 year sales and consulting career, and has developed a unique ability to interpret and summarise conversations in real time (even the most technical or convoluted), in a clear way that’s easy to understand. Troy’s greatest sporting claim to fame is a Mt Burr Junior Colts “Most Attentive at Training” trophy, which, in the words of his coach, meant “you’re never going to be the world’s greatest footballer, but you pay attention like few else.”  It’s a practice Troy puts to work at each client event, ensuring expectations are understood, met and exceeded.

Leith Forrest has a radio career spanning more than 30 years, and has been an announcer and producer on Adelaide’s FIVEaa for the past 23 years. Leith has hosted every FIVEaa radio show in every time slot on every day of the week. Leith has extensive experience as an event MC and compere, having hosted all manner of large and small functions for businesses, charities and sporting groups. A highly entertaining presenter, Leith has held the microphone and facilitated proceedings at black tie gala balls, quiz nights, Melbourne Cup events,  golf days, sporting association “Night of nights” and more intimate club and sportsperson nights.  Leith is the regular host for all of the Little Heroes Foundation events, supporting charity fundraising for sick children.  Before his time in radio, Leith spent 2 years working behind the scenes on TV show McLeod’s Daughters and a year working as a Journalist at The Advertiser in their gossip and showbiz section. He was also the face of the AAMI Stadium Superscreen for 3 years (until it was agreed he had a great face for radio).  Leith’s time in the fast-paced, in-real-time radio industry has given him a deep understanding of the importance of timing, of planning and attention to detail, however he is a skilled ad libber and can work on the fly when the moments present.
